  • 24 Hershey’s Kisses unwrapped
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting
  • Orange or green colored frosting optional
  • Halloween-themed sprinkles or edible glitter
  • Mini candy decorations optional

Method
 

  1. Pipe chocolate frosting onto the center of each chocolate wafer cookie.
  2. Press a Hershey’s Kiss into the frosting to form a witch hat.
  3. Pipe colored frosting around the base of each Kiss for a decorative band.
  4. Decorate with Halloween sprinkles or edible glitter.
  5. Add optional mini candy decorations for extra detail.
  6. Refrigerate cookies for 15–20 minutes to set frosting.
  7. Serve on a festive platter for Halloween celebrations.
