  • 2 bananas ripe and mashed
  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.33 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare loaf pan.
  2. Mix wet ingredients until smooth.
  3. Combine dry ingredients separately.
  4. Fold dry into wet and add strawberries.
  5. Bake until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best texture, pat strawberries dry before adding to batter. Store in airtight container.
