Ingredients
  

Apple Filling
  • 4 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
Crumble Topping
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8 dish.
  2. Mix diced apples with lemon, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Transfer apple filling to baking dish.
  4. Combine oats, almond flour, nuts, coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, and salt into a crumble.
  5. Sprinkle topping evenly over apples.
  6. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with Greek yogurt for a complete breakfast. Perfect for meal prep.
