- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas until smooth.
- Mix in oats, almond butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Scoop cookies onto baking sheet and gently flatten.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until set.
- Cool on wire rack before serving.
