Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2 large ripe bananas mashed
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup sugar-free chocolate chips optional
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix in oats, almond butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop cookies onto baking sheet and gently flatten.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until set.
  7. Cool on wire rack before serving.
