Ingredients
  

Cereal
  • 2 cups rolled oats blended into flour
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend oats into a fine flour using a blender or food processor.
  3. Mix oat flour and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  4. Stir in melted coconut oil and honey until dough forms.
  5. Roll small dough balls and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway.
  7. Cool completely to allow cereal to crisp.

Notes

Cereal crisps as it cools. Adjust sweetness to taste.
