Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend oats into a fine flour using a blender or food processor.
- Mix oat flour and cocoa powder in a bowl.
- Stir in melted coconut oil and honey until dough forms.
- Roll small dough balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Cool completely to allow cereal to crisp.
Notes
Cereal crisps as it cools. Adjust sweetness to taste.
