Ingredients
  

Nutella Spread
  • 2 cups hazelnuts
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-4 tbsp plant-based milk as needed
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Toast hazelnuts until fragrant.
  2. Rub hazelnuts to remove skins.
  3. Blend hazelnuts until smooth and buttery.
  4. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Add plant milk gradually until creamy.
  6. Blend until smooth and glossy.

Notes

Stir before using if natural separation occurs.
