Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup radishes finely grated and squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Squeeze grated radishes to remove excess moisture.
  2. Mix yogurt, radishes, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and chill before serving.
