Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix butter, garlic, parsley, chives, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil until combined.
- Slice bread in half lengthwise and spread the butter mixture evenly.
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden, then broil for 1–2 minutes for crisp edges.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm with pasta or soup. Add cheese for a richer version.
