Method
- Boil water, remove from heat, and steep dried hibiscus flowers for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain the tea and chill until cold.
- Blend strawberries with a small amount of hibiscus tea until smooth.
- Combine hibiscus tea, strawberry puree, lemon juice, and sweetener in a pitcher.
- Stir well, adjust sweetness, and serve over ice.
Notes
Adjust sweetness and tartness to taste. Best served well chilled.
