Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup to taste
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl or jar.
  2. Add almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  3. Let rest 5 minutes, then stir again.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
