Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch or arrowroot powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with black pepper.
  2. Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and cornstarch until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove from pan.
  5. Pour sauce into skillet and simmer until thickened.
  6. Return shrimp to pan and toss to coat.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
