Ingredients
  

Jam Ingredients
  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 2 cups strawberries or raspberries
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1.75 oz powdered pectin (optional)

Method
 

  1. Combine cranberries, berries, orange juice, and sugar in a saucepan and simmer.
  2. Add zest, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
  3. Mash fruit to desired texture.
  4. Add pectin if using and simmer until thickened.
  5. Spoon into jars and store or process for canning.

Notes

To enhance flavor, let jam rest overnight before serving.
