Ingredients
  

Layers
  • 8 gluten-free wafer sheets
  • 0.75 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Spatula
  • 8x8-inch pan
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Line pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix chocolate spread, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Layer wafers with thin filling between each layer.
  4. Chill 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Cut into bars.
  6. Melt chocolates and coconut oil.
  7. Dip bars to coat completely.
  8. Chill 30–45 minutes until set.

Notes

For clean slices, use a sharp knife warmed under hot water and dried before cutting.
