Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll pizza dough on a floured surface to ¼-inch thickness and cut into rectangles or circles.
- Spread sauce, add cheese, pepperoni, and seasoning on one side of each dough piece.
- Fold dough over, seal edges with a fork, and brush with olive oil or egg wash.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

For freezer-friendly prep, assemble and freeze unbaked pockets; bake directly from frozen.
