Egg Roll Filling
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 12 pieces egg roll wrappers

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Cook ground pork with garlic and ginger until browned.
  2. Add vegetables and seasonings; cook until softened.
  3. Fill and roll wrappers tightly, sealing with egg wash.
  4. Fry egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
