Burrito Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Add taco seasoning and simmer briefly.
  2. Assemble burritos with rice, beef, sauces, and cheese.
