Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt optional
Mix-Ins
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce plus extra for swirl
  • 0.5 cup chopped chocolate
  • 0.5 cup roasted peanuts chopped
  • 0.75 cup nougat pieces cubed

Equipment

  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix sweetened condensed milk with vanilla and salt.
  3. Fold condensed milk mixture gently into whipped cream.
  4. Fold in chocolate, peanuts, and nougat pieces.
  5. Layer half mixture into container, drizzle caramel and swirl.
  6. Repeat with remaining mixture and caramel.
  7. Freeze at least 360 minutes until firm.
  8. Let sit 5–10 minutes before scooping and serving.

Notes

For best texture, store airtight and press plastic wrap directly onto surface to prevent ice crystals.
