- Whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Mix sweetened condensed milk with vanilla and salt.
- Fold condensed milk mixture gently into whipped cream.
- Fold in chocolate, peanuts, and nougat pieces.
- Layer half mixture into container, drizzle caramel and swirl.
- Repeat with remaining mixture and caramel.
- Freeze at least 360 minutes until firm.
- Let sit 5–10 minutes before scooping and serving.
Notes
For best texture, store airtight and press plastic wrap directly onto surface to prevent ice crystals.
