  • 4 ripe peaches peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 0.5 cup cold water or coconut water
  • 2-3 tbsp granulated sugar or honey adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Wash, peel, and slice peaches, removing pits.
  2. Add peaches, ice, water, sweetener, and lemon juice to blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and slushy.
  4. Adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen peaches for thicker texture. Adjust sweetness based on ripeness of fruit.
