Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 0.33 cup honey
Filling
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
Frosting
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Prepare dough and allow to rise until doubled.
  2. Roll dough, spread honey filling, roll and twist.
  3. Bake until golden and cooked through.
  4. Prepare cream cheese frosting and spread over cooled babka.

Notes

Allow babka to cool fully before frosting for best results.
