- Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger together to make glaze.
- Marinate salmon cubes in half the glaze for 15–20 minutes.
- Cook salmon in a skillet until caramelized and cooked through, brushing with extra glaze.
- Serve over rice with avocado, cucumber, sesame seeds, and lime wedges.
