  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cornstarch optional, for thickening
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic, honey, Dijon, and grain mustard to the pan and stir.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add cornstarch slurry if desired and thicken the sauce.
  6. Return chicken to the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice, garnish with parsley.
