Fudge Base
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup mini marshmallows plus extra for topping
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream optional

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat until smooth.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in marshmallows and pour into prepared pan.
  5. Top with extra marshmallows and chill until set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to one week at room temperature or freeze for longer storage.
