Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Cream Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping divided
Chocolate Layer
  • 2 packages chocolate pudding mix instant
  • 3 cups milk cold
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate shavings

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy.
  3. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over crust.
  4. Whisk pudding mix, milk, and cocoa powder until thick.
  5. Spread pudding layer over cream layer.
  6. Top with remaining whipped topping, marshmallows, and chocolate.
  7. Chill at least 4 hours before slicing.

Notes

Chilling overnight gives the cleanest slices and best flavor.
