Ingredients
  

Pasta Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour plus extra for dusting
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Form flour into a mound and create a well in the center.
  2. Add eggs, olive oil, and salt into the well.
  3. Gradually mix flour into eggs until dough forms.
  4. Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Rest dough 30 minutes.
  6. Roll thin, cut into strips, and cook 2–3 minutes.
