Ingredients
  

Tea Base
  • 2 bags English breakfast tea
  • 1 cup water boiling
Latte Components
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey to taste
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional

Equipment

  • Kettle
  • Heatproof mug
  • Tall glass
  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. Steep tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes to create a strong brew.
  2. Remove tea bags and allow tea to cool completely.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour cooled tea over ice and add milk.
  5. Sweeten to taste, add vanilla if desired, stir and serve.

Notes

Brew tea strong to maintain flavor once ice and milk are added.
