Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Whisk pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, Bisquick, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Pour mixture into pie dish.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until center is set.
- Cool completely before slicing.
- Serve with whipped cream.
Notes
Pie firms as it cools. Allow at least 2–3 hours in the fridge for the cleanest slices.
