Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Pie Mixture
  • 15 oz pumpkin purée
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Whisk pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, Bisquick, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into pie dish.
  4. Bake 50–60 minutes until center is set.
  5. Cool completely before slicing.
  6. Serve with whipped cream.

Notes

Pie firms as it cools. Allow at least 2–3 hours in the fridge for the cleanest slices.
