  • 32 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 5 large eggs room temperature
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  3. Mix in heavy cream and vanilla.
  4. Add flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Bake at high temperature until deeply golden with a jiggly center.

Notes

Center will set further as the cheesecake cools and chills.
