  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 lb green beans trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops with spices.
  2. Sear pork chops in olive oil using Sauté mode.
  3. Add butter and garlic, then broth.
  4. Place pork chops in pot and add green beans on top.
  5. Pressure cook for 8 minutes with a 5-minute natural release.
  6. Serve with broth spooned over top.

Notes

Broil after cooking for a golden finish.
