Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash lentils gently in a bowl, leaving some texture.
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Shape into balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Notes
Serve warm with tzatziki and fresh herbs.
