- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and cream.
- Mix in dry ingredients until combined.
- Scoop and flatten dough balls.
- Bake 10–12 minutes and cool completely.
- Sprinkle sugar and torch until caramelized.
Notes
Do not stack after torching. Add topping just before serving for best crunch.
