  • 2 kielbasa sausages
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice kielbasa in hasselback style and cut into pieces.
  3. Mix mustard, honey, sugar, oil, and spices.
  4. Arrange on baking sheet and brush with glaze.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes, basting halfway.
  6. Garnish and serve warm.

Best served warm with dipping sauces.
