  • 12 ounces bow tie pasta farfalle
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella pearls
  • 0.5 cup olives sliced
  • 0.33 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley chopped
Italian Dressing
  • 0.33 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook bow tie pasta until al dente, drain, and cool.
  2. Combine pasta with vegetables, cheese, and herbs.
  3. Whisk dressing ingredients until emulsified.
  4. Toss dressing with pasta salad.
  5. Chill before serving for best flavor.
