Ingredients
  

Chicken & Sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 medium jalapeños sliced
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden; remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté jalapeños and onion until softened; add garlic.
  4. Deglaze pan with chicken broth and stir in cream.
  5. Return chicken to skillet and simmer until cooked through.
