Method
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil; mix to form dough.
- Let rise 1–2 hours until doubled.
- Transfer dough to oiled pan and stretch gently.
- Rise 30–45 minutes until puffy.
- Dimple dough and fill some dimples with jam.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Serve warm.
Notes
Use thick jam so it stays in place while baking.
