Ingredients
  

Kafta
  • 600 g ground beef
  • 1 medium yellow onion finely grated
  • 0.5 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Combine beef, onion, herbs, spices, and olive oil gently.
  2. Shape onto skewers or into oval patties.
  3. Grill until charred and cooked through.

Notes

Do not overmix to keep kafta juicy.
