  • 2 steaks ribeye or sirloin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Season and sear steak until desired doneness, then rest.
  2. Prepare creamy garlic sauce in same skillet.
  3. Return steak to pan and spoon sauce over before serving.

Notes
