Ingredients
  

Bagel Dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs one for dough, one for egg wash
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Toppings
  • everything bagel seasoning optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring until smooth.
  3. Whisk almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the dry ingredients and one egg to the melted cheese and mix until dough forms.
  5. Divide dough into six portions, roll into ropes, and shape into bagels.
  6. Brush with remaining beaten egg and sprinkle with toppings.
  7. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown and firm. Cool before serving.

Notes

Perfect for keto breakfast sandwiches or toasted with cream cheese. Only 4–5 net carbs per bagel.
