Ingredients
  

Breadsticks
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese low moisture
  • 0.75 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt mozzarella cheese in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Stir almond flour and garlic powder into the melted cheese.
  4. Add egg and mix until a smooth dough forms.
  5. Press dough into a rectangle on the baking sheet and score into breadsticks.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Cool slightly, slice fully, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
