- Whisk almond flour, collagen peptides, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and warm water.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until a thick batter forms.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
