Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk almond flour, collagen peptides, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk eggs, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and warm water in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients into a thick batter.
- Transfer batter to loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
Allow bread to cool fully for best structure and slicing.
