Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
Popper Topping
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 jalapeños minced
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken dry.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Optional: Sear chicken 2 minutes per side in a skillet with olive oil.
  4. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, jalapeños, and half the bacon.
  5. Spread mixture over chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Top with remaining cheese and bacon; bake 5 more minutes.
  8. Garnish with jalapeños or chives before serving.

Notes

Great for keto meal prep. Adjust spice level by adding or reducing jalapeño seeds.
