- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken dry.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Optional: Sear chicken 2 minutes per side in a skillet with olive oil.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, jalapeños, and half the bacon.
- Spread mixture over chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Bake 25–30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Top with remaining cheese and bacon; bake 5 more minutes.
- Garnish with jalapeños or chives before serving.
