Ingredients
  

Fat Bomb Base
  • 0.75 cup natural peanut butter unsweetened
  • 0.25 cup powdered keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Mix peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until creamy.
  3. Spoon peanut butter mixture into molds.
  4. Cover with melted chocolate.
  5. Freeze until firm, then remove and store chilled.
