Keto Tortilla Chips
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup almond flour

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt mozzarella cheese until smooth.
  3. Mix almond flour into melted cheese to form dough.
  4. Roll dough very thin between parchment paper.
  5. Cut into chip shapes.
  6. Bake until golden and crisp.
  7. Cool completely before serving.

Notes

Chips crisp up more as they cool. Roll dough as thin as possible for best crunch.
