Ingredients
  

Chicken Shawarma
  • 700 g chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
Fries & Toppings
  • 700 g French fries
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Garlic Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic paste

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, spices, garlic, lemon, and olive oil.
  2. Cook fries until crispy and golden.
  3. Cook marinated chicken over high heat until browned and cooked through.
  4. Prepare garlic sauce and assemble fries with chicken, sauce, and toppings.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture and flavor. Add chili sauce for heat.
