- Mix paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Rub chicken with olive oil and coat with seasoning.
- Cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until done.
- Rest chicken then slice into strips.
- Mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, olive oil, and salt to make tzatziki.
- Divide rice into bowls and top with chicken, vegetables, and feta.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and garnish with herbs.
