Fries
  • 1 lb frozen or fresh fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing or to taste
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and bake fries until golden and crispy.
  2. Remove fries from oven and top evenly with shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
  4. Top with bacon crumbles and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  5. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
