Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until combined.
- Mix in heavy cream, vanilla, flour, and salt until batter is smooth.
- Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until top is dark brown and slightly cracked.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before slicing.
Notes
For a stronger caramelized flavor, bake an extra 5–10 minutes. Best served chilled and sliced thick.
