Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until combined.
  4. Mix in heavy cream, vanilla, flour, and salt until batter is smooth.
  5. Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake 50–60 minutes until top is dark brown and slightly cracked.
  7. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before slicing.

Notes

For a stronger caramelized flavor, bake an extra 5–10 minutes. Best served chilled and sliced thick.
