  • 24 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 2 cups heavy cream Earl Grey infused

Method
 

  1. Infuse cream with Earl Grey tea and cool slightly.
  2. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
