Quiche Base
  • 6 eggs large
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 cup ham diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Swiss
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
  2. Whisk eggs and cream until smooth.
  3. Add seasonings, broccoli, ham, and cheese.

  6. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Drain broccoli well to prevent excess moisture.
