Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups macaroni and cheese cooked or leftover
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 flour tortillas large
  • 1 tbsp butter for greasing pan
  • 1 tbsp milk or cream optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Nonstick skillet
  • Spatula
  • Mixing bowl
  • Cheese grater

Method
 

  1. Reheat mac and cheese and loosen with milk or cream if needed.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  3. Place tortilla in the skillet, add mac and cheese and extra cheese, and fold.
  4. Cook on both sides until golden and crisp.
  5. Slice and serve warm with salsa or sour cream.
